product description
Congo St. Cyr Officer Sword with scabbard
A St. cyr épée is a traditional épée introduced by the French army in the late 19th century.
The epee has a straight, double-edged steel blade and a nickel-plated steel scabbard with a carrying ring, allowing the epee to be securely attached to a belt or sling.
Worn primarily by officers in the French army, this sword was a symbol of their rank and authority.
The Cyr dagger is an elegant and well-balanced dagger that was used in both combat and ceremonial occasions. It is a historical artifact representing 19th century weaponry and style. To this day he is the official sword of the French Army Military School in St. Cyr.
