German miner saber based on the legendary Blücher saber (cavalry saber M1811)
Blade: Forged carbon steel, hardened and tempered to approx. 48-55 HRC Rockwell, hand ground and polished. Elegant bend. Blade is flexible. One hollow track per side. Dimensions: approx. 810 x 22 x 5 mm
With historical Bergmann blade etching on both sides.
Guard: Cast from solid brass, consisting of ball screw, lion's head grip cap, bracket and grip tape. Hand set, ground and polished. Mallet and iron badge on front. Finish: 24K hard gold plated.
Handle: Made of particularly durable ABS plastic, black, surface finely pearled for a firm grip, wrapped with three twisted and silver-plated brass wires.
Sheath: Genuine core leather sheath, handmade from cowhide. Handcrafted brass fittings with 2 carrying rings. Gold-plated version.
Sheath equipped with scratch protection on both sides for the blade.
