Guard:
Solid brass guard bearing the letters "USN" in a scroll, cap and pommel - handpolished and 24-carat goldplated.

Handle:
Solid ABS handle covered with real stingrayskin. Wrapped with 3 golden brass wires.

Blade: 
A Forged stainless steel blade, hardened and tempered to ca. 48-53°HRC Rockwell. Mirror-like polished by hand.
The blade has got a groove on each side and is straight.
Different sizes available in the drop down menu.

Etching:
Official USN etching pattern with "USN" letters in a scroll. So deep you can feel it with a fingernail.

Scabbard:
Straight steel  tube covered with real calf skin of black colour, 3 goldplated brass mounts with 2 carrying rings for attachment to the leather belt.

Accessories included:
WKC Cloth case with drawstring and WKC certificate of authenticity. Maintenance instructions.

Nato troops members stationed in Europe can buy VAT-free.

Fairbairn–Sykes commando knife with gun-blue blade

Specification:

Made in Germany

Blade: Hand-forged from stainless steel, hardened and tempered to approx. 50-54 ° HRC Rockwell, ground and polished by hand.

Approx. 55 cm long and 3 cm wide.

The blade is available with two different Damascus finishes (traditional etching) or blank.

We can offer individual engravings (names, dates, sayings) on the blade in 3 different fonts: Arial, Old English, Script Font

In addition to text engraving, it is also possible to engrave an image/text file. To do this, upload your file using the “+” in the upload field.

In the comment field in the shopping cart, please tell us where the engraving should be placed.

Handle: The handle is made of solid brass in various designs: polished brass, bright nickel-plated or 24 carat gold-plated handle.

A lucky knot of approx. 26 cm in length is supplied with each saber.
